With the Norma recharge service you have the choice either to recharge conveniently automatically or to recharge immediately with a once-off top-up.

 

With automatic top-up, you can choose 3 reasons when and why your credit is topped up.

  • Top up on a day of the month chosen by you (e.g. Always on the 7th of a month)
  • Top up on a day of the week chosen by you (e.g Every Monday)
  • Top up when your credit drops below € 2

With immediate top-up, you will be asked to enter the required data in just a few clear ordering steps. You can always click on "Back" to make corrections. The details are checked directly online and you can access your credit a few moments after confirmation.

  • Enter the mobile number to be topped up.
  • Select your desired top-up amount.
  • Select your preferred payment method and fill out the input fields.
  • Complete the payment process.
  • A success message will be displayed once the top-up has been completed.
  • You will receive an SMS/Email as confirmation.

Both immediate and automatic top-ups are currently possible for all prepaid cards from Norma.

If you have problems logging in, check that your username and / or password are spelled correctly.
If you have forgotten your password, you can have it reset. Click the “Forgot Password” button. You will immediately receive a reset code for resetting.

You can choose from the following payment methods for automatic top-up:
  • PayPal
  • Credit card (MasterCard, Visa)
  • Automatic Approval
With immediate once-off top-up, you can choose from the following payment methods:
  • Paypal
  • iDeal
  • Credit card (MasterCard, Visa)

We can only change the phone number if the order has not been successfully placed. If the number you entered happened to be another valid phone number, we can unfortunately no longer undo the top-up.

An error message can have various causes (e.g. exceeding the maximum credit, incorrect information or maintenance work on the systems of your credit card company). Each error message must be clarified individually.
Alternatively, you can pay with a different payment method.

The service for topping up your prepaid card can also be accessed from abroad.

With a registered account you benefit from a simplified ordering process. You can also save your data, view previous top-ups and manage your automatic top-ups.

Our system continuously checks incoming payments. After the payment has been received, the top-up is carried out. Occasionally, payment has been made but we have not received confirmation of payment. If you have been charged the amount to be paid (credit card; PayPal; online / instant transfer), please email the payment receipt to support-edeka@alphacomm.nl so that we can check what may have gone wrong with this payment.
Payment receipts are credit card statements, account statements or screenshots. Please make sure that the order number is clearly visible.

Alphacomm Solutions B.V. is the official partner of Norma for instant and automatic top-ups. It carries out prepaid top-ups for the customers of Norma.

Your account will remain in effect even if you lose your mobile phone. For security reasons, if you choose “stay logged in for 90 days”, you must confirm the stored payment method for any change.
However, since existing automatic top-ups continue to run, you should explicitly stop the automatic top-ups in the event of theft in order to avoid further costs.

As a registered customer, you have the option of viewing your order history on your account page.

On you account page you will find the “Change password” button.

As a registered customer, click on your account button and select “Log out”.

If you have entered a phone number that is either not a Norma phone number or a phone number from another mobile network provider, you will receive an error message.

Select your account. You can manage payment method under “Payment settings”.

On your account you can click on “View auto top-ups” button. Here you can reconfigure your automatic top-up or change a payment method linked to an auto top-up.

If you want to change the top-up amount for the automatic top-up, please proceed as follows: please delete the existing top-up and create a new one with the corresponding desired amount.

  • Login to your Norma account and go to the "My Account" page by clicking the icon on the top-right side of the page.
  • Select the "View auto top-ups" button.
  • Find the auto top-up you want to delete and click on the "Delete".
  • Confirm that you are sure you want to delete the auto top-up.

Each question is unique and processed in the order in which it is received. We ask you not to send the same question more than once. This delays the process and thus increases the time until our answer.
